Our company’s representative, Hideyuki Shima, composed the score for the two-part episode “Midori No Mamorigami (The Green Guardian)” from Season 3 of the Fujiko F. Fujio SF Short Drama Series, currently airing on NHK BS (Japan’s national satellite broadcasting).
This work showcases Fujiko-sensei’s remarkable foresight—depicting a post-apocalyptic world long before the term “dystopia” became commonplace, and exploring the threat of viruses decades before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Focusing primarily on orchestral music, we created the entire score through film scoring, working closely with director Keisaku Kimura throughout the process.
It was an incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling project, and we would be delighted if you had a chance to watch it!
